Jim is the Food Service Supervisor at Timothy Daniels House. He has over a 20 year background in the food service field both as a volunteer (Boy Scouts of America summer camp cook & Program Director/Cook for a Soup Kitchen) and professionally in Catering, Long Term Care and Senior Assisted Living. In 2004 Jim graduated Magna Cum Laud with a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. Jim’s goal at Timothy Daniels House is to provide a quality dining experience while being attentive to our residents’ preferences and dietary requirements.
