Private Daily Rate Schedule - Effective September 1, 2007
Private Room $310.00 per day
Semi-Private Room  $290.00 per day

 

Daily charges cover room, routine nursing care, routine medical supplies, all meals and snacks, all in-house social and recreational activities, and all personal laundry except dry cleaning.

The following items are not included in the above daily rates:
Barber/Beautician Services *Medications (all pharmacy services) *Psychiatric Services
*Dental and Podiatry Services Newspapers/magazine subscriptions *Taxi/Ambulance Services
*Dentures, Eyeglasses & Hearing Aids *Oxygen and related equipment T.V./Cable
Dry Cleaning *Physician Services Telephone rentals/costs

&
*Occupational/Physical/Respiratory/Speech Therapies & related equipment(walkers, wheelchairs, splints, special cushions/chairs, etc.)
Note:  *May be billable to insurances including Medicare.


Payment for services must be made one month in advance. There is a 48-hour (two-day) advance notice required for all Voluntary Discharges. Rooms will not be held without a signed reservation form. Residents will be charged one month in advance, with the first month's payment due on the date of admission.
