Private Room with Adjoining Bath
$290.00 per day
Private Room without Bath $285.00 per day
Two Bed Room with Bath $275.00 per day
Two Bed Room with Adjoining Bath $270.00 per day
Three Bed Room $245.00 per day
Four Bed Room $230.00 per day

Daily charges cover room, routine nursing care, routine medical supplies, all meals and snacks, all in-house social and recreational activities, and all personal laundry except dry cleaning.

The following items are not included in the above daily rates:
Barber/Beautician Services *Medications (all pharmacy services) *Psychiatric Services
*Dental and Podiatry Services Newspapers/magazine subscriptions *Taxi/Ambulance Services
*Dentures, Eyeglasses & Hearing Aids *Oxygen and related equipment T.V./Cable
Dry Cleaning *Physician Services Telephone rentals/costs

&
*Occupational/Physical/Respiratory/Speech Therapies & related equipment(walkers, wheelchairs, splints, special chairs, etc.)
Note:  *May be billable to insurances including Medicare.


Payment for services must be made one month in advance. Rooms will not be held without a signed reservation form, and 48 hours notice is required for Voluntary Discharges. Residents will be charged one month in advance, with the first months' payment due on the date of admission.
