Health Insurance: We offer a variety of plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Full Time Employees (32 hours or more per week) receive  an 70% discount off of individual plans, with weekly premiums costing just $27.58, and a 50% discount off family plans, with weekly premiums of $120.52
401(k): After one year of service, employees who work 1,000 hours per year or more can invest tax deferred in a variety of Putnam Mututal Funds, and we match contributions (25% of the first 6% of pay). Employer contributions are fully vested after Three years of service.
Vacation Pay: After one year, two weeks vacation with pay; After 5 years, 3 weeks; After 15 years, 4 weeks; All vacation pay is based on average hours worked, and employees must average at least 24 hours/week to qualify
Sick Pay: 6 Sick days per year, available only to Full Time Employees with Six calendar months of service.
Life Insurance: One-Times Annual Pay, Company paid, available only to Full Time Employees with Three calendar months of service.
Holiday Pay: Nine Company Recognized Holidays per year, available only to Full Time Employees with Three months service.
Dental Insurance: Traditional Employee Paid plans for basic Dental insurance, available only to Full Time Employees.
Disability Insurance: Traditional Employee Paid plans for Short-Term Disability insurance, available only to Full Time Employees with Three calendar months of service.
Credit Union: Metropolitan Credit Union or Brockton Credit Union offers a wide range of services, most at no cost to the Employee
