Our Mission Statement

The physical and occupational therapists at Uxbridge Orthopedic & Sports Therapy are dedicated to providing the finest and most comprehensive rehabilitative care to their patients; professionalism, dedication to craft, and patient care are their hallmark.  Our therapists continually seek the latest research regarding evaluation and treatment techniques. We work with each patient to design an individual treatment program to help them achieve their goals and improve outcomes.

Therapist Profiles

Nancy Sibley, PT

Nancy is the Director of Outpatient Services. She is a 1987 Graduate of University of Lowell earning a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in acute care, as well as outpatient private practices in Maryland, Washington D.C. and the Boston area. Nancy has extensive experience in treating a variety of post surgical diagnoses including total joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and rotator cuff repairs. Her continuing education includes evaluation and treatment of spinal dysfunction, spinal stabilization exercises, advances in sports medicine of the knee and shoulder. Her manual skills include muscle energy, strain/counterstrain, and myofacial release. Nancy’s clinical expertise and area of special interest is in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder, knee, ankle, and spine.


Edward Wojciechowski, PT 

Ed is the Physical Therapy Resource Clinician at UOST.  He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University in 1996. He has over 10 years of physical therapy experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Most recently he has worked with a leading orthopedic group in Rhode Island.  Ed has attended numerous professional conferences in sports medicine and manual therapy in order to provide the most current treatment techniques for his patients.  Ed's interest and clinical expertise is in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and post operative procedures of the foot/ankle, knee and shoulder in adult and adolescent populations.

Rebecca Waterman Chan, MSPT

Becky graduated magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College in 1995 and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1999.  She worked in the Athletics Department of Harvard University and an outpatient clinic in Wellesley, MA where she treated a wide variety of orthopedic and sports injuries before coming to UOST in 2006.  She also has experience working with Alzheimer’s patients and has developed and taught Prenatal Exercise classes for pregnant and postpartum women.  Becky’s continuing education and particular clinical interests are in rehabilitation of the shoulder, neck and spine, as well as functional training for athletes and women’s health.

Diane Wollensak, PT   

Diane graduated cum laude with a Bachelor Degree of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1990.  She comes with over 16 years of clinical experience, working with the geriatric population as a treating therapist, manager and Clinical Resource Clinician, as well as having experience in outpatient orthopedics. She also helped design exercise equipment for a prominent exercise equipment company.  She has attended numerous continuing education courses on the shoulder, knee, wrist and hand, Sports Medicine, and rehab of the geriatric patient.  She has written and presented numerous educational seminars for fellow therapists on subjects ranging from exercise physiology to geriatric orthopedics and functional progression.  Diane’s interest and clinical expertise are in the rehabilitation of the wrist & hand, elbow, shoulder, and lower extremity.

Outpatient therapy is required for a variety of reasons stemming from illness, injury, or pre- and post-surgery. It is recommended in order to help regain the strength and ability needed to function on your own, so that you can continue your life with true meaning.



Our Outpatient Orthopedic & Rehabilitation Center is staffed with experienced therapy professionals. We will work with you to design a program geared to your needs and requirements so you can regain your health, stamina, ultimately and your independence.

From Route16: Follow to Uxbridge Center, Turn onto Route 122 South toward
Blackstone. Turn right at the Court House onto Route 146A. The Outpatient Center will be on your left.
   
From Route 146: Take the Chockolog Road exit, then follow signs to Route 146A. Turn left
onto Route 146A and follow for 1.1 miles. The Outpatient Center will be on your right.
