Founded in 1966 Rehabilitation Associates has been a small family-owned business for over 55 years, with every member of two generations involved in daily operations. Our family has always been dedicated to our mission of providing quality skilled nursing care for the elderly. We pride ourselves on being one of the few health-care providers that can offer professional nursing care, within small intimate home-like settings. Our small home-like settings offer a warm, safe, familiar environment that anyone would feel comfortable calling home.

We are proud of the fact that our facilities are known for providing high quality care, and consistently receive high marks from government & state surveys.
